Video & Stats
Dynect Traffic Management (DTM) is a DNS-based Global Server Load Balancer (GSLB) solution that allows you to distribute application load between global datacenters or cloud providers. Customers can direct traffic based on a combination of user geography and available capacity at a certain site via rule sets with weighted or geo-targeted definitions. Our sophisticated monitoring system will detect failure and automatically route Internet traffic to the next closest available server and will also send an alert to system administrators.
With our global anycast network, we are able to dynamically determine where in the world an end-user is accessing your website from. With this knowledge, DTM is able to automatically route the end-user to the closest datacenter or cloud location.
The table below is a replication of a customer aiCache stat page. Hovering over the cell headers gives an explanation of the statistics On a live aiCache site these statistics are real time, refreshing once per second. The color codes is show when a parameter goes outside one of your configured settings. This represents sixteen aiCache servers running eight domains. You will need to hit the back space to return to the table if you drill down.
